Can I pay on invoice?

Yes, we have a pay on invoice option. Reach out to us and we'll tell you how it works. Please note that paying on invoice does not protect you from general price increases.

Will my subscription price change?

No, the price you subscribed to will not increase during your subscription period as long as your subscription remains in force and you don't miss a payment.

Will I lose my website if I cancel my store plan?

If you cancel your store plan then your store will be removed from your website. If you want to keep your website then you will need a new hosting plan.

Can I host my website & elsewhere?

Unfortunately not, stores can only be hosted on our platform.

Does the store price include maintenance?
