Will my plan be subject to general price increases?
Generally, the price you subscribe to will not change. As long as your subscription remains in force and up to date.

What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment for your hosting, "stripe" or "paypal" (our payment gateway suppliers) will try and debit the subscription every 5 days. If, after two further attempts we are unable to collect your payment we will cancel your subscription and unpublish your website. You will still have access to it through our builder.

Will I lose my website if I cancel hosting?
No, your website will still be available as a preview site but will not be published until you renew your hosting plan.

Can I pay on invoice?
We offer a pay by invoice service on the annual plan only. Reach out to us and we'll explain how it works.

Do I have to use your hosting partners?
Yes, all websites built on our website builder can only be published with our hosting partners.
